During the COVID pandemic we are striving to keep all our clinics open,

however from time to time we are having to change opening hours especially on a Saturday at short notice.

Our out of hours provider will always be available if we are unable and their details are given when phoning your clinic.

Please be aware our staff are working extremely hard and very long shifts.  We appreciate your cooperation during this difficult time and will not tolerate any abuse to our staff members

Thank you – More information also available here Read More

Out of hours emergency care

If your pet needs urgent medical attention when our practices are closed

We know your pet can become ill or suffer accidents at any time. To make sure you have access to high-quality care at nights, weekends and bank holidays, we have chosen to partner with the leading local provider of Out of Hours care.

The Out of Hours team is always there when we are closed, so you can rest assured that you and your pet will have a vet or nurse on hand; whether it’s 4 am in the morning or half way through Christmas. Their fully qualified team will provide free advice over the phone and advise whether you need to take your pet into their clinic for immediate treatment. Please don’t hesitate to call them if you’re at all concerned.

By using a specialist to cover Out of Hours Emergencies, our vets and nurses get a good night’s rest so we can continue to provide the high-quality care during the day that we pride ourselves on.

They take over from us when we close in the evenings and when we are closed at the weekend. If you phone us when the practice is closed you will automatically be transferred to our Out of Hours service, who will be able to give you advice or arrange an immediate appointment to see them if required.

Please be aware that because of the nature of out of hours emergencies, a nighttime or weekend appointment can be more expensive than seeing a vet during usual hours. They will discuss this with you at the time of your appointment and before commencing any treatment. Please consider pet insurance to give you peace of mind that your pet will be able to receive the best possible care, 24 hours a day.
