Petplan Veterinary Awards – Nominated
The annual Petplan Veterinary Awards are the equivalent of the Oscars for our industry. They recognise and highlight the fantastic work that goes on in practices across the UK on a daily basis, helping keep pets healthy. Find out which awards the White Cross Vets team was nominated for.
In 2018, White Cross Vets was nominated as the ‘Practice of the Year’ in an awards programme run by pet insurer Petplan. The awards are voted for by our clients and team members, so it feels extra special that so many people took the time to nominate us.
Many of our team members were also nominated for the incredible work they do daily in our veterinary practices:
Nishi Jani (Veterinary Surgeon, Northampton) who has been at White Cross Vets for six years, was nominated for the vet of the year award.
Allison Hodgson (Head Nurse, Redcar) who has been at White Cross Vets for nine years, was nominated for the vet nurse of the year award.
Millie Barnsley (Head Nurse, Tividale), who has been at White Cross Vets for four years, was also nominated for the vet nurse of the year award.
Sarah Kirkman (Veterinary Surgeon, Liverpool), who has been at White Cross Vets for many years, was nominated for the vet of the year award.
Cassandra Pearson (Client Care Co-ordinator, Bloxwich), who has been at White Cross Vets for four years, was also nominated for the practice support staff of the year award.
