We are writing to inform you of an update to the out-of-hours veterinary care available to our clients at White Cross Vets Roundhay.
Up until now, our out-of-hours service has been provided by Holly House Vets. We are pleased to let you know that we are now able to offer an additional overnight on-call service through our partners, Swift Referrals.
This means that, alongside Holly House Vets, you will now have the option to use Swift Referrals for out-of-hours care. The Swift Referrals service is operated by experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses who are on site throughout the night.
Out-of-hours cover will be provided by Swift Referrals and Holly House Vets during the following times:
Weekdays: 18:30 – 08:30
Weekends: from 12:30 on Saturday through to 08:30 on Monday

This change will come into effect on Monday 2nd March 2026.
Change to Opening Hours
As a result of this update, we will also be making a change to our practice opening hours.
We will now be open every Saturday morning from 08:30 – 12:30 (with the exception of 04/07/26) to help ensure easier access to veterinary care across the week.
These changes take effect immediately. Our new opening hours are:
Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:30
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30
Your personal data will continue to be processed by us and our out-of-hours providers solely for the purpose of delivering veterinary care. For more information on how we process your data, please refer to the privacy notice on our website.
