Terms and conditions – White Cross Free Nurse Dental Appointment

These T&Cs apply to the "Free Nurse Dental Appointment” offer (the “Offer”).  

Terms & Conditions 

  1. The Offer is available to new and existing clients of White Cross Vets (“WCV”) only, and is subject to appointment availability.
  2. The Offer will commence on 16 March 2026 from 00:01 until 23:59 on 30 June 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
  3. The Offer entitles the offeree to one complementary routine dental examination per pet, at WCV, to be carried out by a WCV nurse.  The offer cannot be used multiple times for the same pet.
  4. Follow up treatments, medication, diagnostic, retail products and/or further consultations are not included in the Offer and will therefore be charged separately.
  5. The Offer only applies to cats and dogs who are healthy enough to undergo a general anaesthetic and dental treatment as determined by the nurse, at their sole discretion, at the time of the scheduled appointment.
  6. The Offer may be combined with the dental assessment and comprehensive clean offer only where applicable. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion
  7. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with Complete Wellness Plan and/or Pet Health Club discounts. 
  8. All dental appointments made using the Offer must be completed within one month of the Offer Period end date.
  9. To redeem the Offer, you must call WCV directly, book at reception or via the website online booking system. The Offer is subject to appointment availability.
  10. The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  11. The Offer is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Offer for value to anyone. The Offer can only be used as stipulated. 
  12. We reserve the right to withdraw, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer without notice where we are legally obliged to do so or where events beyond our control occur.  We may also withdraw, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at will, subject to giving reasonable notice. We accept no liability for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, that may result from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of the Offer, where we have complied with these terms and conditions. 
  13. ‘Before’ pricing can be requested from WCV.
  14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 
  15. These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this Agreement in the English courts.
